1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7pub online gaming platform, including all services, features, games, and content available at 7pub.vu ("the Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all registered users of 7pub, regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by 7pub.

7pub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform, and continued use of 7pub after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 7pub, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of 7pub or any related entity, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 7pub Platform.

7pub may require you to provide documentation to verify your identity and age at any point during or after registration. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on 7pub. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7pub reserves the right to suspend all related accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 7pub will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. • Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable any available two-factor or OTP verification for added security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Do not allow others to access your account on your behalf.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7pub are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). There are no currency conversion steps involved when depositing or withdrawing funds. Supported payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Please visit the Deposit page for the current list of available payment options.

Deposits are credited to your 7pub account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. 7pub does not accept deposits made using credit cards or cryptocurrency as wagering payment methods.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not been fully verified, your withdrawal request may be held until the required documents are submitted and reviewed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown during the transaction process.
• Funds deposited into your 7pub account must be your own money from a legitimate source.
• 7pub reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 7pub are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before submitting it. 7pub will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of a player error unless a platform error is clearly identified and confirmed by our team.

Game-specific rules apply to all products available on the Platform, including live casino tables, slots, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker. These rules are available within each game or game category section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. Live betting markets on events such as PBA basketball, NBA, volleyball, boxing, football, and esports are offered where available. Settlements are made based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser.

• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means will be voided.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet, 7pub's decision on the outcome is final.
• 7pub reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual accounts where warranted.
• Winnings from games and bets will be credited to your account balance in PHP.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7pub may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The availability, eligibility criteria, and specific terms for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion details when the offer is active.

General rules that apply to all bonus offers on 7pub include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
• 7pub reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, including cancelling a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

7pub monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, 7pub may suspend the account, void associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law. All decisions made by 7pub in relation to fair play violations are final.

8 Privacy & Data

7pub collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and use of the Platform — including identity documents submitted for KYC verification — is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Holding multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Any activity that suggests money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Legitimate funds not connected to the violation will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to completed verification.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11 Limitation of Liability

7pub provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the Platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7pub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
